The Miracle Morning Notion template is a powerful tool designed to transform your mornings and boost productivity. Based on Hal Elrod's bestselling book, this template guides you through six key morning activities: Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing (SAVERS). By incorporating these practices into your daily routine, you can enhance personal growth, increase focus, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
At its core, the Miracle Morning methodology aims to create habits. That's why the template's foundation is a habit tracker with pre-defined SAVERS habits. It also features journaling, visualization, and reading aids. Let's explore each component.
Every day at 4 AM, a new page is created for tracking your daily habits. To mark a habit as complete, simply check the box for the corresponding date and habit. You can do this in several ways:
To access the journal, open the page for the desired date (I recommend using the Today widget as it always displays the current page).
Inside, you'll find a scribing section where you can jot down your thoughts. The scribing area has some structure to help you get started, but feel free to edit it to suit your preferences.
These affirmations are designed to boost your self-confidence and reinforce positive beliefs about yourself and your goals. You can customize them to align with your personal aspirations and values. I like to add related quotes, but it’s totally up to you.
On the main dashboard and within each daily page, you'll find a visualization board. This gallery helps you better envision your dreams and aspirations. It's deeply personal, so feel free to edit or add any visualizations you want.
Each item includes an image and text to help you imagine the life you desire.
Similar to the Visualization board, you'll find a Reading board. It's a basic reading list to help you track books and notes for them.
When it's time to read, you can quickly jump to your current book from there.
If you already have a habit tracker, visualization board, or book tracker, you can integrate it with this template. Generally, you have two options:
I wouldn't recommend replacing databases for the habit tracker since it features a page template. However, helper databases (visualization, reading) are fine to replace as they don't impact functionality.
To move pages from one database to another, please refer to this manual.
